At Pixoku, we’re committed to giving you the best digital experience—no drama, no hassle. Our wallpapers are crafted for instant joy, but we know things can sometimes change. So, here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds, explained in plain language.

For Free Downloads

All free wallpapers on Pixoku are exactly that free. No payment, no strings, no need to cancel anything. Just download and enjoy.

For Paid Products (If Applicable)

If Pixoku begins offering paid wallpapers, premium packs, or subscriptions (coming soon, maybe), here’s how we’ll handle it:

  1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

Once you’ve downloaded a paid wallpaper or pack, it’s considered “delivered.” Since digital goods can’t be returned, we don’t offer refunds unless there’s a technical error on our side.

  1. Accidental Purchases

If you made a purchase by mistake, contact us within 24 hours of payment at info@rankupapps.com with your:

  • Order ID
  • Screenshot of the issue
  • Description of what went wrong

If your download hasn’t been accessed and the request is valid, we’ll do our best to issue a one-time refund.

  1. Failed Downloads or Broken Files

If your file is corrupted, incomplete, or doesn’t match the description, we’ve got your back. Email us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll:

  • Re-send the correct download link
  • Or offer a refund if the problem can’t be fixed
  1. Subscription Plans (if applicable in future)

If we launch monthly or yearly wallpaper subscriptions:

  • You can cancel any time before your next billing cycle.
  • No refunds for partial months, but you’ll keep access until the plan ends.
  • Cancellations can be managed directly from your account settings.

How to Request a Refund

Shoot us a quick message at info@rankupapps.com with:

  • Your name
  • Order ID
  • Reason for the request

We aim to respond within 48 hours, and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

Third-Party Payment Processors

If you bought something through a third-party app store, like Google Play or Apple App Store, their refund policies will apply. We don’t control how they handle payments or refunds but we’ll try to help you navigate it.

Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, excessive refund requests, or if we believe there’s an attempt to misuse the system.
